Montagu Private Equity, one of Europe's leading private equity companies, is pleased to announce the completion of its NOK 1 billion (€125m) equity co-investment in Visma alongside Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR), HgCapital and Management. Visma is the leading provider of business software and services for accounting, payroll and administration in the Nordic region.

Visma, headquartered in Oslo, currently serves more than 220,000 small to medium sized enterprises throughout the Nordic region and the Netherlands. The Company has three main segments: business software, accounting services and outsourced financial & productivity services, including e-procurement and debt collection. Total group revenues for 2009 were NOK 3,381 million.
