Montagu Private Equity 2007 Annual Review

This is the first annual review prepared by Montagu Private Equity LLP in accordance with the Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparencyin Private Equity issued in November 2007 following the Walker Review. Montagu participated in making a submission to the Walker Review and welcomes the introduction of the Guidelines which it intends to comply with in full.
